	- Well understood about the Financial operations - Strong project management skill - Experience of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system - Strong and warm leadership for leading project - Good English communication skill and business writing - Strong business mind - Good Relationship Management - SEM Project(Strategic Enterprise Management- KPI/ BSC) experience prefered - Min. 5 years experience on IT/ Consulting area with ERP

	- lead financial related project and support Finance Division through fiinancial system. - Guide finance colleagues to get better process through TIPS (Technology, Information, Process and System) - Actively participate in the regional and global initiatives for implementing Finance solutions.
