Responsibilities:

I. Product & Channel Management
Identification of new business opportunities
Market intelligence and research
New product or process launch
Sales performance review and improvement (with support from sales team)
Review current product/process and come up with improvements
Ensuring distribution and internal processes are legally compliant and in accordance to Global standards

II. Business & Partnership Management
Identify/establish new business partner for database to cross-sell insurance
Design and implementation of review processes & tracking mechanisms to ensure best service to partner's customers
Tender management of all new business
Managing day to day relationships with business partners I.e resolving issues, etc

III. Insurance Supplier Management
Identify/establish new insurance alliance to further enhance our products and operation capabilities
Managing relationships with leading insurance supplier to secure competitive products and incentive offers
Tender management of all new business
Design and implementation of review processes & tracking mechanisms to ensure best service to our customers
Managing day to day relationships with business partners I.e resolving issues, etc

IV. Project Management
Develop and own project plan/schedule for all new initiatives
Lead role in project execution of new initiatives (Project Manager)
Project documentations (Comparison, business process, updates, etc)
Our NPI process (presentation, pitch and final approval)
Ensure projects are deliver/launch on time

V. Database Management
Develop & implement strategies to manage & measure effectiveness/efficiency of our DB via marketing programs, sales campaign and test pilots
Development & maintenance of list segmentation & analysis of sales campaigns
Provide assistance to other members of the marketing & sales team for consolidated, consistent, meaningful CRM data through reporting
Identify new business opportunities & provide strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiencies
