- Manages all services delivered from Operation Center according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Implements group standards
- Provides 1st level of support and helpdesk in Operation Center according to group directives
- Provides 2nd level infrastructure and network support worldwide according to group directives
- Provides proper documentation of systems, infrastructure and applications
- Delivers standardized end-user environment according specification from group ITS
- Manages local Operation Center ITS budget and support Head of
ITS Operation Centers in its preparation
- 5 years of experience in data center management
- Strong experience in Information Technology
- Experience in managing people
- Experience in international projects
- Experience in multi cultural environments
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Fluent English
