REQUIREMENTS
5 to 7 years of first-hand experiences in Derivatives operation. Experience in fixed income operations is a plus
Strong knowledge of derivatives products and thorough understanding of associated risks
Good command of system operations
Team management experience/skills
Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
Working knowledge of local regulatory framework
