- Preferred background in HR generalist
- Responsible for needs analysis, end-to-end design, development, implementation and sustainment planning for programs with the goal.
- Conduct post-learning evaluation to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution
- Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, test solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.
- Form cross-functional project teams that organize, manage, and execute complex learning improvement projects.
- Design innovative lesson plans and teaching resources.
- Suggest process improvements through business owners to improve learning standards.
