1. Purpose of the job
Manage the demand from sales and marketing and delivery commercial applications according to business needs. Manage the innovation process according to IBS EP, delivery innovation projects according to alignment with business.
2. Business environment
Main characteristics: (Challenges) APAC BU Korea – more than 1.5K sales people, more than 1,400 wholesalers
Key dimensions: (headcount, budget, volumes, market share, NNS and EBITDA) (1) Manage project investment (sales, marketing and innovation): USD ~10M/year (2) Generate business value by commercial application and innovation: USD 100~600K/year;
Key contacts: (internal – external) Zone IBS VP, Zone IBS Innovation Director, BU DGO, BU Sales VP, FSM, RM, RTM, KA Director, BU Marketing VP, Digital Marketing Director, Marketing Insight Director, Brand Marketing Director, Consultants, Developer, and etc
3. Accountabilities
(1) Manage the demand of sales and marketing applications and systems by understanding business needs, generating strategy and roadmap (2) Deliver applications, systems and processes by managing commercial projects (3) Collect and understand new technologies from market, communicate innovation knowledge inside and outside of IBS, by newsletter, workshop, seminar and etc. (4) Manage the project management process, tracking the progress of all commercial application and innovation project and communicate. (5) Management assigned innovation project and deliver business result. (6) Manage commercial application & innovation project budget.
