	- Strong purchasing skills for cost saving - Strong service ethics - Excellent communication skills - Performance (Part I): Analytical thinking - Performance (Part II): Job knowledge - Innovation: Creativity - Experience in purchasing of printed material is preferred - Experience in set up of new centralized purchasing activity - Customer focus: Take the initiative to find and allocate resources - Teamwork: Communication - Integrity: Maintain/practice high ethical standards

	- Transaction processing of purchasing - Renovate and reestablish inefficient purchasing process; printed materials and convention - Select suitable vendors - Strategic purchasing: Work out purchasing strategy, vender management - Review purchasing request - Issue purchasing order (price negotiation) - Collect quotations - Select the best deal - Review policy & procedure - Understand the Item - Market research * Report directly to the Procurement & Logistics Manager
