 | - Knowledge of procurement systems, processes and procedures
- Demonstrated achievement of results including savings generation, improvements to supplier relationships, improvements in product quality and service delivery desired.

 | I - Relationship Management:
Ensure agreed objectives between key stakeholders and procurement.
II Category strategy development and operational implementation
Provide strategic and operational input and support to the Category Strategy Managers in the development of procurement strategies and share accountability for timely and successful execution of those strategies.
III - Contract Negotiation and spot buying:
Lead and manage the country procurement team in the successful delivery of operational procurement services
IV - Supplier Management:
Develop supplier relationship program for Korea to effectively contribute to the 000 GSM initiative. Support regional/global CSM’s when appropriate in solving supplier performance issues.
V - People Management and Development:
Manage the performance and development the procurement team members
VI - Reporting:
Define and lead the appropriate annual saving forecast process across France, and categories, in strong collaboration with CSM’s. Ensure cohesive plans are built across regional strategy managers to support and resource agreed initiatives
VII - Business Processes:
Work with Worldwide Procurement’s Business Process and Systems team to implement and maintain efficient and effective transaction processing solutions. Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of Procurement practices, procedures and systems to reduce costs and increase efficiency by simplifying business processes |
